To showcase the Bugaboo Wool Collection, an event was hosted by one of Australia's leading wool producers, Lal Lal Estate in Ballarat. Lal Lal Estate is an historic 5000 acre sheep farm where five generations of the Fisken family have lived and worked. Geoff Fisken and his wife hosted the day; guests included Bugaboo's co-founder Eduard Zanen and Chief Marketing Officer Madeleen Klaasen along with The Woolmark Company ambassador Catriona Rowntree.

Bugaboo Chief Marketing Officer Madeleen Klaasen said: "Bugaboo has enjoyed the authentic story and provenance of Australian wool; it fits perfectly with the performance, functionality and style of our brand.

"What has attracted us to use this natural fibre has been the health and wellbeing benefits, the softness of the fibre and longevity of Australian wool as proven by The Woolmark Company."

Bugaboo use 19.5 micron wool for the Merino wool blanket and mattress cover and 23-27 micron wool for the seat liner. Their products are sold in more than 2000 stores in 50 countries. Visit for a list of stockists.
